He picked me up from the airport and arranged all the viewings on extremely short notice. Not only is he the most knowledgeable agent when it comes to real estate values, but with his experience in construction, he was also able to guide us in valuing the electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc. With his recommendations on an offer, the seller accepted our offer and we closed with ease.
