We have moved many times and bought many homes and Adam is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He knows Wichita and did a great job of aiming us towards homes that fit with what we were looking for. As we looked at homes, his knowledge of construction and homes helped us in focusing on problem areas so we didn't have surprises. He was extremely responsive at all hours and did a great job of follow up. During the negotiation process, which ended up being lengthy, he was a good partner in brainstorming and discussion. Finally, after we have closed, when most realtors would disappear, he has stayed involved in making sure that some of the checklist items from the seller were completed. My wife and I both highly recommend him.

Adam is wonderful! He has stuck with us for a year! He is patient and understanding. He always had our best interest at heart and would let us know if we were in an area of town that wasn't very good. He would even let us know of problems in homes we viewed that we didn't notice. Adam called me wanting to list my house, when I had it listed, for sale by owner. I told him I wasn.t interested, but would like for him to show me some listing. He agreed, and always had time to show me what ever I wanted, usually the same day, or for sure the next day. He also gave me great advice when I needed it.
