Adam is the best! As first time home buyers it was extremely important for us to work with someone who took the time to listen to our needs and show us MANY houses! After starting our home buying process with another agent and getting nowhere, we were so lucky running into Adams card at an open house, and I’m extremely happy he was the only one of 3 that we called that actually answered. So that was the first Mark in excellence. Second Mark of excellence was with his process and guidance, we were able to narrow down and find our new home. What I really like about his process is his attentiveness to detail, and his communication skills, he’s always making sure you’re in the know of your home buying process. Last Mark of excellence, we were in a bit of a panic having to be out of our rental before we could even close on the house due to the C.O. Having a delay. THANK YOU ADAM!! The guy got us the C.O. In time and the closing process was a breeze. Adam is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I whole heartedly believe that if it wasn’t for all of his skills and knowledge, we wouldn’t have been able to close and move into our new home in a timely matter in which we started originally with another agent, and he was able to do it in half the time. We are extremely grateful, and I would HIGHLY recommend working with Adam.
