Adalia helped my family sell our house during a stressful time! We had 2 dogs, lots of rain, and showings. People don't understand selling a house is project management and Adalia manages it like a boss! She's not afraid to get her hands dirty. Adalia is a gem of a realtor. She was honest, smart, energetic, and worked for the best interests of me selling my property. She helped me achieve my sale, with good advice, staging and marketing. When the first buyer could not get through underwriting, she immediately called another buyer and had a replacement contract in a few days. The property sold for asking price. Adalia demonstrated the persona and expertise to work through a difficult circumstance when the first deal fell through. Adalia helped me sell quickly in spite of an adverse situation. Amazing!
