I am the executor of my Aunt's estate leaving behind her home of 45 years. Jaqueline was referred to me from a Sotheby's agent I had worked with in the past as I lived 500 miles from property. To prepare the home for sale, I asked that the home be inspected (older home and I had no real knowledge of the home condition). The inspection identified issues that needed addressing along with other cosmetic improvements that were needed. I arranged a trip to Lomita to start this preparation. Jaqueline arrange all the contractors that we decided we need that ALL showed up to give their professional opinion and quotations. This all happened in the 3 days I was at the home.
