Abraham was truly my superhero and a rockstar broker during my first home purchase. He is knowledge, professional, fights tooth and nail for your best interest, and works/communicates AROUND THE CLOCK (sending me contracts to sign at 10:30 pm). He truly cared about me and my home buying experience. From beginning to end, he and his team guided me through every little step and took care of whatever they could take care of for me (including shopping around for a home + auto policy bundle for me) short of signing my documents! Abraham was constantly on the phone or texting me with any updates. He is a good and honest man and I trusted him completely from day 1. Less than 1 week from closing, I realized that I had been a victim of a wire scam (not at the fault of Abraham's team) and I lost my entire down payment. Abraham was truly a blessing, as he was emotionally supportive about my loss and was on the phone with me all morning on a Saturday when I found out the scam, guiding me on what to do (police report, call the banks, ic3 report, FTC report). I felt like Abe was just as stressed out, if not more, than I was over my loss! And I know it is because he truly cares about his clients, not just as clients but as people. After the loss of my down payment, I thought there was no way I'd still be able to afford the home but with Abraham's skills and knowledge, he and his loan adviser worked QUICKLY (within two days by Tuesday) to reconfigure my loan and I was able to follow through with my home purchase and closed escrow one week later! He was even able to work it out with the listing agent/seller so that I was able to move in before closing so I didn't have a gap between my move out date and closing of escrow. Abraham went above and beyond in his role and I know that without his quick thinking, expertise, and constant communication, I would not be sitting in my home right now. I am beyond grateful for Abraham and his team and highly recommend them!
