Abraham is an expert in his field. Not only does he know real estate, he knows how to sell a house and what needs to get done to sell it. All of his suggestions come with years of experience. I had two other agents try to sell my mothers house for a year and a half. After hiring Mr. Prattella he sold the house in ten weeks after making the changes he suggested.
