Abraham is very knowledgeable, extremely respectful, honest, super responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He helped us buy our first home. He was very patient with us and walked us through the process with grace. We are very blessed to work with him. God bless you.
My experience with Abraham was great, I have a family of 6 and me and my wife both worked. He worked with our busy schedules just to accommodate our needs. He had an answer to every question I had. We did not have the best credit or the full down payment but he walked us through every step and program just to get us in our first home. He honestly made this process stress free for me and my family because even when we did not think it was possible he found a way. Me and my family are forever grateful of his honesty and knowledge of his profession because he guided us every step of the way and showed he cared to find us a home. Whatever he said he did and I have respect for that. My experience with Abraham buying a home was nothing short of excellent. Also, he found us a great location with a great school district (which we requested) to fulfill our needs within our budget and to get our 4 kids in a safe area with great schools. Thank you Abraham for the smoothest move in we can ask for. I will always recommend you for anything when it comes to all things real estate!
Abraham Pratella is not only a top notch real estate agent, but he's a wonderful person to work with. He listed my home and had 3 offers for me within the first week, the final offer far above my asking price. He also helped facilitate the purchase of my new. He went beyond his real estate duties. He assisted me in obtaining the best movers for the best price. He helped clean out my garage. He assisted in finding a charity that needed my excess clothing and furniture! Abraham never stopped. If I needed anything, he was there for me. Abraham Pratella's professionalism and integrity are unmatched, and he is a genuine person who truly cares about those he works with. I cannot say enough about my experience working with Abraham. He is truly a role model real estate agent. There’s is no one more honest and trust worthy I have ever met in my life. Abraham goes above and beyond. He doesn’t see people as business but as actual people. He takes everything you tell him into consideration and will do everything he can to be there for you. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at negotiating, he is fair and honest! We don’t know much about real estate but with Abraham we learned a lot about the process. He made it easy to understand. Thank you Abraham from the bottom of our hearts!!!

When we found Abraham we knew nothing about real estate, and were in a tough spot. He gladly took on the challenge and he did not disappoint us. He made the whole process easy and easy for us to understand and never once did we ever feel he did not have our best interest in his heart. He went well above and beyond for us. Someone said to me about Abraham that “he has god’s love all over him.” After getting to know Abraham I can say they are right. Thank you Abraham from the bottom of our hearts!
This was a my first home and selling it was a big deal, but I knew after talking with Abraham that if I sold it I would be in good hands. He is knowledgeable, communicative and an honest and trustworthy agent.
Abraham was the best agent, always calm and kind with his approach to trials and tribulations in Real Estate. We had an encroachment issue and he negotiated a deal where it took the liability off of us the seller, to sell our house more quickly. Highly recommend Abraham for your Real Estate needs.
From the first time we met him, Abraham was easy to like and easy to work with. He obviously knew what he was talking about and helped us walk through a house flip. His suggestions were priceless! We sold the house above our asking price. We had never bought or sold a house before and Abraham didn't laugh at our questions. He was always a phone call away and walked us through all the details with great patience! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!
There aren’t enough complimentary adjectives to describe the business and professional capabilities of Abraham Prattella! If I could give him 6,7,8 or 11,12,13 stars, that’s what I’d do. He’s simply the best in every way!
