After we found the one, he walked us thru the whole process, gave us tips when it came to the offer process (like writing a buyers letter and the Escalatory Addendum), walked us thru each step after we were chosen, and besides his office working out all the paper work, he took his time to explain each paper we had to sign. He made the process of buying a house a much less scary and quick process.
