We chose Abe because of the results of our research. It established that he was selling more homes in our community than any other agent. It proved to be a very good choice. Our home was under contract in less than two weeks. We closed in less than six weeks. Abe was always responsive and prompt. Our property was well marketed and had a beautiful video to showcase it. He suggested staging our very large pool area (and at a minimal cost). I believe this made a big difference. The rest of our home was updated and immaculate but the pool area had never been furnished. It made the home complete! The negotiations with the buyers I found quite trying but Abe was relaxed and smoothed things out and brought it to closing on time.
