Awesome Agent!

We worked with Abby Waddell to sell our home and the experience was all we could have hoped for. She's experienced, professional, communicative, and has an extensive knowledge of the market in the South Bay. Abby is "hands on" and will help in any way that she can. For example, she offered to take trash bags to her house on "trash day" and to take old paint and e-waste to the local disposal site. She has an outstanding list of tradespeople she's able to refer to clients. They show up quickly, do quality work and are reasonably priced. She was responsive to questions and issues and did a great job focusing on our house in terms of helping us get it ready, marketing it and suggesting a list price. We can't express too many positives about Abby and highly recommend her.
