Abby helped me during a very difficult time after unexpectedly, losing my father and having to quickly sell his house. Abby was extremely knowledgeable and was right on with all of her suggestions for updates and for price. She was extremely responsive, answered all questions and was available whenever I needed help. She did a beautiful job staging my dad‘s property and was a wealth of knowledge about the whole process. She showed kindness, compassion, empathy, care, and made the process so easy. It didn’t feel like I was working with a real estate agent. It felt like I was working with a trusted friend! I can’t say enough good things about Abby and her knowledge and compassion she has. She is by far the best agent around and I would recommend her to anyone.

Abbie helped me purchase a property that was in bad shape. In addition, my lender was extremely picky about inspections. There was a lot of leg work and negotiations/complications that had to be executed by Abbie. Through this whole process, Abbie was super supportive, positive, understanding, and professional. I would highly recommend Abbie. I would NOT recommend, however, River Valley Title, who coerced me into buying 250.00 worth of insurance that I didn't want.
