Gil got to know us and while trying to purchase a home from a distance, he never hesitated to take the time to truly explore what we liked and disliked. When the home we now live in came on the market (a second time), he was quick to FaceTime and take us on a virtual tour. Because of his help and the action to contract we now live in our dream home, close to parents we can help take care of, and a place our family and friends can visit. Thank you, Gil, for caring and for helping me through all my anxiety moments! I would highly recommend you to anyone.

This is my 2nd time working with Gil. He sold me my first home about 9 years ago. My new situation was a tough one! I was selling a home and needed to find a new one in about 2 weeks. Gil and his brother were extremely helpful. This is a tough market in Tampa Bay right now. I lost out on two homes I had my heart set on, but we didn't give up. Gil was right there the next day showing me more homes. I was able to sell my home, find a new one and close on both all in about 45 days! Gil and his brother make a great team and I really enjoy working with them.
