Abby Powell with Dream Town is an amazing person and did an amazing job of helping my family and I sell and locate a new home to buy. Not only that Abby also helped our business purchase a new commercial property. With the commercial property there was not too much emotion in the process for my wife and I. It was a business decision that we took all the emotion out of. If it worked it worked and if it didn't work it didn't work. However, with the sale of our home we have been in for 10 years that we started raising our kids in and the purchase of our new "forever home" ?? the emotions were though the roof with us. Abby saw my wife and I and our kids at our best and at our lowest. It was more than a stressful time for us. We had to pack the kids and dog up for showings and traveled over three different counties (also with kids and dog in tow often times) in search of our new home to buy. It was a mighty adventure. Abby was not only a realtor to us but also would let the dog out if we couldn't be at a showing. Abby would entertain our children when we look at properties even giving them piggy back rides at one point. Abby sent meals to our home to relieve the pressure of having to cook after a stacked parade of showings. Abby organized and held multiple open houses. Abby bought some furniture items to spruce up a room to stage for the sale of our home. Abby was the go between to keep everyone on track from inspectors, attorneys, lenders, buyers and sellers. Abby was like a counselor for our emotions. I knew we were being emotional and would always say "I'm sorry". She would reply with "don't ever say sorry, I understand how you are feeling right now". Honestly, I don't know how we would have made it through this process without Abby and we are very thankful for all of her efforts. Abby is like family to us and is always thinking about the needs of her clients. You could look elsewhere, but don't know why you would.
