Aaron has stayed with us for four years. He could have sold our home before now but we were unable to find something fitting our needs. Health issues also interrupted the process. He sent listings and showed houses we requested during all this time. When circumstances changed, he sold our home the first day of an open house. Aaron also absorbed a financial loss in order to avoid a closing delay, which we did not expect him to do.. Thank you Aaron!!

He is very professional. He knew what houses would be good to look at and the ones we should not look at. Very organized. His communication is outstanding. Very easy to work with.

Trying to sell an occupied home from California could have been a nightmare experience. Aaron was knowledgeable, timely, and most importantly, calming. He had confidence that process would be smooth, quick, and seamless. He was correct! I had compete faith in him, and I was able to come back to MA, pack up the house, and handle all the final details back in CA without worrying about anything. I can't recommend Aaron enough!

Aaron was great to work with and has more than happy to answer any post closing questions I've had, i.e. willing to help find local contractors and other general questions. We had taken some time off home searching when Covid began, and he was understanding of the situation and helped us start again when conditions were better Followed Covid procedures as needed.

Aaron was very responsive and flexible in his schedule. He would quickly fit us in to show houses we were interested in. He made things easy to understand especially for first time homebuyers. He was honest and open and he never guided us to negotiate in a way that was too risky or foolish. He seemed to have our best interests at heart. I would recommend him!
