When I was out of state, he even toured some of the houses and took video, and then gave me honest feedback about needed updates, potential environmental impacts, and neighborhood safety. I finally found a home I was about to close on, only to have it fall through at the last minute. He worked with me through the whole ordeal and then ended up helping me find an even better home.
