He's on time to the meet ups, easy to get a hold of, always watching out for my interests, keeps an eye on the house and keeps me informed on showings and their feedback comments. He also makes closings easy as he has everything completely taken care of before I arrive at Title, including sending me a preview of the closing numbers. Aaron was truly exceptional! My partner, Bo and I initially met him via phone after we had requested to see a home on Zillow in Burley. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him since we were set on buying in the Burley area and I’m so thankful we did! We were first time home buyers and he was able to walk us through every step of the process. He was super kind, knowledgeable and mindful! Aaron took Bo and I to view five houses and we found what we were looking for on our first day! His responsiveness was incredible through it all - really though he was keeping us in order and making sure we were completing each step. Which again for us was extremely helpful for new home buyers. Aaron highlighted the concerns and straight forward points into buying an older home while also making sure progress was being made on the home. He continuously stayed on top of communication through every step. From the day we put the offer in to the day we signed the papers it felt like a long 33-34 days but in reality we got to move in super quick! Aaron still to this day keeps in touch with us - he does follow ups and sends information we may need and makes us feel like our needs are first priority from the beginning to even after buying our home!
