Aaron's dedication and commitment to the selling of my mom's house was a very difficult task. After the passing of my mom her house became a probate sale, located in the West Adams Historical District and built in 1907. It's a beautiful home but needed remodeling to appeal to the modern desires of the current buying market. My brothers and I decided to list it "as-is" which made it hard for us to get top dollar but Aaron got it done.
