Aaron was a pivotal instrument getting my Husband and I through the process of selling our home and buying a new build. This was the second time selling our home and our first time purchasing a new home, from a production home builder. Aaron's knowledge, professionalism and expertise was VITAL in getting us through this process. I thought it'd be easier with a new build, it wasn't. For anyone looking to purchase a new build, I would recommend having an agent assist, more importantly, I'd recommend Aaron. You can always reach Aaron. He was and is willing to assist us with our questions, explain everything with a calm nature and keep us from walking off the edge of a cliff. In fact, we're STILL handling issues with our new build and far after the sale, Aaron is still willing to assist. That just goes to show you what kind of agent he is. I've already recommended him to at least 3 people interested in selling their homes.

My now husband and I had just moved to Colorado and were looking for our first home- we were referred to Aaron through family friends and it turned out to be a fantastic connection! As newcomers to the area, we didn't have a solid understanding of what area we wanted to focus on, let alone knowledge of the real estate market! Aaron was keen on listening to what we liked or didn't like about houses we saw and was able to steer us to our first home! We highly, highly recommend Aaron as he made the whole process fun and lighthearted despite how stressful it can making such a large decision and purchase! A++++++++!

Very professional. He sold one of my condos for over ask cash in 1 weekend! He priced the condo at the high range, but within reason. He keept us in the loop by communicating with us daily. We wanted to ask for 134k, he suggested 124k and gave his reasoning. Basically, what similar condos were going for per sq foot and we met in the middle. I would definitely use him again and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

I was a first time home buyer and couldn't have made a better choice than to use Aaron. He was always available to answer questions and get details on properties that I found. He was fast and efficient with all communications and made the process less stressful. I was amazed at his back-up plans when something didn't go right, always having an answer or suggestion. I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron Luttrell. He was always there for me during my search for a condo in Denver. There were times when I could not get away to visit a property so Aaron went for me, took pictures for me, emailed them to me and discussed the property with me after. He learned my taste and knew what I would like or not like. He was always looking out after my interests. He is polite, ethical, and kind as well as respectful of others. He was knowledgable about the market and able to discuss and give good advice about reasonable offers. This was especially valuable in a market like Denver where properties would have many contract offers. The condo I ended up buying is wonderful and I know that it was made possible due to Aaron's help and knowledge.

Aaron is an absolutely wonderful person and a wonderful realtor. He was patient with us as we struggled to make a decision about what city to live in, what home to buy, etc. He always offered his honest opinions about homes and gave us great insight and advice on the process of buying a home as we were completely new to Colorado and to the housing market here. Loved working with him and will definitely be using him for future purchases and sales!
