Aaron felt like a friend from the beginning. This was our first home so to say I had a lot of questions would be an understatement. He was always happy to answer them and Helped me feel confident in the process. Even when it was super stressful! It’s not joke when people say realtors wear many hats, and Aaron wears them well! I got acquainted with Aaron Jay while looking for another realtor that had been recommended to me but was at that time unavailable. Aaron impressed me with his style of communication which I valued for someone that is in the selling business. He was relaxed, friendly, informative, available when I had questions, very positive with good follow through. Some of the specifics about the process are these. I thought he followed the usual routine of a realtors inspection of the home, gave me information about comparable sales within the mobile home park and then suggested getting inspections done before the listing. The inspections which showed unexpected problems, delayed the listing but once on the market, calls started coming immediately and Aaron kept me informed when viewings were requested and the results of the viewings. The first prospective party of many, was the one that offered a bid. He then oversaw the signing of all necessary documents even at the Title Company. These are responsibilities which I was hoping Aaron would be undertaking and most realtors will. But the difference between him and others, I think is his character which I saw in him and listed in the third sentence.
