I don't have enough room to write all of the positive things I want to say about Aaron. He helped us buy our first home in 2012, then a new one in 2019, and then helped us sell the first home. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. Never once did he push us to make a choice and he seems to have the patience of a saint when it comes to taking the time to help us find the home that was right for us. He was also always available when we needed to talk things out or if we had questions on things that we didn't completely understand. Both houses we bought he found for us after taking the time to learn exactly what we were looking for in a home.

As a first time home buyer, I highly recommend Aaron Castagna. He is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He managed all correspondence, very responsive, understanding and made home buying easy and fun for my family and I. He clearly explained things we didn't understand, especially being in this industry there's a lot to learn and know. I couldn't be any happier. He was not pushy, he's very patient and positive. He's passionate at what he does and ensured his clients are happy. He's very honest and we trust him.

Aaron helped us buy our first house 7 years ago and we knew there was no one else we'd want to help us buy our next home. He's 100% professional, always punctual, and incredibly flexible with his schedule to accommodate our family (we have young children). We were picky on the first house and even pickier on the second but Aaron easily learned what it is we were looking for in a home so he helped us to find the house that was exactly what we wanted while also weeding out the ones that he knew wouldn't work. After living 6 years in the US, I've learned that Americans can be divided into 2 major groups. One group is made of absolutely nice people that are helpful to other humans regardless of their background. Aaron definitely belongs to this group, and of course he is very polite I don't want to talk about the other group here since we hear too much about them in everyday's news. Back to Aaron, he knows San Diego very well and works perfectly for different price ranges for properties. Also, after working with different agents, seems having a "fancy" car is necessary for realtors in CA. I've seen some agents having difficulties with controlling their extra giant SUVs. However, Aaron's car is great; it's sport, compact and "fancy"!
