As a first time home buyer the entire process of purchasing a house from neighborhood selection, to finding the right house, to putting in offers, to navigating all the paper work can be a truly daunting and foreign experience. Working with Aaron, he made all parts easy, which allowed us to have a very positive experience and feel confident that we were getting the house we wanted for a fair price. I really liked Aaron's honest assessment of the homes we toured. He guided us throughout our home tours, answered all our questions, would point out what repairs we would likely need (even before inspections) and was able to accurately estimate costs associated. This really helped us to hone in the home we would eventually buy. Once we made the decision to put in an offer, he was great at knowing the market and what price would make us most competitive, all the while making sure we were comfortable with cost, process, etc. Buying the home and working through the paper work was a lot, but Aaron would jump on the phone anytime we had a question and again, we both felt really good about the process.
