I sold my house with Lorrie last month and couldn’t be happier! I had been renting my house for 2 years in the Sweetwater Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale after losing my husband. I decided to sell and had my house on the market for 2 months with the company that I was using to manage the rental aspect of my home. I was doing this from out of state and was trusting the agent to assess, report, and manage the marketing, cleanup, and showing of the house.
