I sold my house with Lorrie last month and couldn’t be happier! I had been renting my house for 2 years in the Sweetwater Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale after losing my husband. I decided to sell and had my house on the market for 2 months with the company that I was using to manage the rental aspect of my home. I was doing this from out of state and was trusting the agent to assess, report, and manage the marketing, cleanup, and showing of the house. I was not at all happy with their approach and they kept encouraging me to lower the price every 2 weeks. I didn’t feel thy were hustling and actively managing my home at all. I asked my previous neighbor if she had a recommendation for a new agent that I could ask for clarification of my concerns about the lack of progress on my home. I really can’t get into all the crazy,stressful,last minute things that needed her personal attention and problem solving skills because I was out of state. But she handled everything for me with her incredible connections,experience and professionalism. I’m sooooo thankful my neighbor gave me Lorrie’s information otherwise I would probably be still trying to sell my house for way under market value.
