I was skeptical of the $1,000, 30 day guarantee, but his pricing assessment for my home agreed with my own analysis for houses that actually sold. My house sold in 32 days. I got the $1,000, but felt a little bad because of all his hard work. I didn't give it back though :-). Jesse goes the extra mile to sell your home and in keeping you apprised of what is going on during the process. I highly recommend him.
