Our experience with Jesse was AWESOME! He took time to first, speak with us over the phone to assess our needs/desires in finding a property. He pulled an exhaustive list of available properties that met those criteria and forwarded to us for preview. He then took my husband and I for a "ride-around" to personally evaluate all properties of interest! (An all day adventure, I must add :-) ). But, ultimately, we found the property we fell in love with. Jesse negotiated for us and secured a great deal for us. He also walked us through the entire process until we closed on the lot! I am happy to say that we are in the process of building our DREAM HOME thanks to Jesse's hard work and dedication. I would recommend him for your realty needs WITHOUT RESERVATION! Jesse became part of our family on my housing search. He listened to me talk and found not just a home he found my dream home. I remember that morning like it was yesterday. He showed me 2 homes both of which had the qualities I was looking for however the homes did not call out to me. Then he pulled a Hail Mary and we walked into my dream home. I was impressed upon pulling up but when I walked through the door it was like a choir of 100 angels singing. Everywhere I looked it was checking ALL the boxes and at a great price. YES, the house chose me but without Jesse listening carefully to what I wanted I never would have found the home.
