To start with, she was the only one out of many realtors I've contacted that was their for us.she got back to us very prompt. Made this transaction easy. During the transaction she provided us with contacts so we could apply for the proper permits necessary to get the well and septic set up.people who could do the work.tree removal also.she was so much help. I've never had any one so helpful as she was to help us get set up. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Josee Lindner for all u have done for us.you were very professional. Working with Haylee was an absolute pleasure. In one of the strangest times in real estate, mixed with a very specific list of requirements I gave her she not only continued to pour through properties for us, (it was a lot over a 3-4 month period) but also was personable and provided what I would describe as "concierge" service for this purchase, handling inspections, contractors, appraisers, a rather difficult seller, and a rather difficult buyer (me). Haylee is now my Real Estate agent for any transaction moving forward, both my personal and investment properties. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market. I would add a star if possible, I do not take time to write reviews unless its a horrible or excellent experience, so taking my time to do this shows how far she exceed expectations and her excellence

I first contacted Josee about a rental house I was thinking about selling , she answered my email right away and we met the very next day at the house , she showed up with info on comparable houses for sale and houses recently sold . I decided to list with her , the house needed work and she patiently waited almost 3 months as I got the house ready , we signed a contract and listed the house for sale , within a day we had a pending sale , unfortunetly the buyer wasnt able to obtain financing in time , so we started over and listed it for sale again , within days we had another buyer , and within 30 days we closed Yay Josee !!! Now for what happened in between , when the first sale fell through she notified me immediatly , I wasnt happy but thats just part of what sometimes happens , it wasnt her fault , she called me we regrouped and relisted . Im not the easiest person to deal with ,..lol I expect emails and texts to be aswered , phone calls answered or returned in a reasonable amout of time . Josee is the Bomb !! She was on top of every step going through the sale process , there were days I talked with Josee more then my own wife ..lol She answered any questions I had and explained every step of the sale , shes so good she sold the house twice , Thank You Josee

There would not be enough space to express my gratitude for the professionalism provided by Haylee. I called her on Friday, January 13th at 7:10 am, I was outside USA and wanted her to see a property. She required all the documents in case I liked the apartment to make the offer immediately. She made a video, I liked and the same day by 5:00 pm the seller accepted my offer. It wouldn't have happened if she hadn't been prepared in advance. It was the best communication I've ever had to do a business. I trusted her and her judgement. And the best references for the inspection and the title company, all on time. Today is February 9th, I own my new apartment and thanks Haylee for it. God bless her and keep being the best broker ever!!.

Josee sent use a letter introducing herself and telling use she lived locally in Morriston and would like to help us in the event we wanted to sell our land. I contacted her a month or so later and stated we would. She took our names and phone # and told us she would keep an eye on the market and let us know if anything was happening. She called us and sys=ated she thought she had a buyer available and we entered into a contract with har at the same time we received and offer to purchase. Josee consistently e-mail and called us to keep us informed of the progress. We entered into a P&S Agreement with a January closing date. Again we were constantly keep in the loop as to the progress of the sale. We closed on time and sold for our price. I have delt wiith many realtors and agents; None with the drive and professionalism of Josee. My wife and I highly recommend her. Wayne & Rachael Valliere
