We moved from KS to FL. Ali was very helpful and useful for finding a new house. We never felt rushed and he was always available to answer questions, even after closing!! He helped us make wise decision and avoid taking rushed/uneducated ones. We were to buy a more expensive house with very strict HOA rules that will not allow us to achieve what we want just because we liked it. Thankfully Ali was there to put us back on track and look for something that works not just like and keep us in line with our priorities. In addition, Ali helped us throughout the process even after closing (E.g homestead). For each step Ali has a list of tips/tricks he shares to educate you on how to approach things and what to expect next. Ali is not just a real estate agent, he is an MOL and have rentals. That makes more than average agents which was very useful. He knows what he is going and will make you make sure you are taken care of. Finally and the most important thing, Ali was able to save us 12K!! during price negotiation. We paid 0$ in closing cost and all I can say about it, it feels good :) .

Josee Lindner gets things done. She posted the properties on the MLS and posted on Facebook. While the properties were listed, she sent emails and was highly communicative, letting me know about offers, sending emails and texts and calling, too. She is professional, friendly, and not pushy.
