Xenia Geelhoed is a Realtor® who's passionate about helping people buy and sell homes. She joined "Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty" and believes that her success comes from her awesome people skills and ability to build strong relationships. Customer service is everything in the dynamic real estate industry, and Xenia is always there for her clients. Originally from the Netherlands, Xenia and her husband lived in Las Vegas for more than ten years before moving to Florida's Space Coast. While there, they ran a bunch of successful companies together. Xenia's experience as a small business owner makes her a valuable asset to buyers and sellers alike. When she's not working, Xenia loves to go on walks and bike rides with her hubby and their pup, Juno. She's also an avid badminton player, enjoys cooking, and loves spending time with friends. Fantastic Experience Buying Our New Home

Honest, Reliable and Very Committed agent.

Xenia was very committed and worked hard to sell our house. She managed to do this within a month! She knows the market in Brevard County and the Orlando area very well and it showed. Her strategy of open house events attracted a lot of buyers. She negotiated a great deal for us, while staying realistic and honest. Great real estate agent and we would love to work with her again.

Best home purchasing experience….again!

Xenia is truly a master of her craft. This is the second home she has helped us purchase, and just like the first one, everything was handled flawlessly. Xenia is very knowledgeable about the market, real estate industry, and anything else that came up during the home buying process. She really makes the entire experience quick and easy. Amazing experience!

Xenia was the absolute best! She came highly recommended, and was so helpful. She was extremely patient with us as we wanted to see multiple houses on multiple days during our search. She accommodated our timeline as we needed to find a home before our lease was up. Even when the first home we were set on didn’t work out she was very reassuring and dove right back into the hunt for us. She walked us through the whole process of purchasing a home for the first time. I would recommend her with out hesitation!
