Meeting Xenia must have been a gift from god I answered an ad on line and a phone call came we had a small chat of telling her what was looking for and my price and she said I bet I can find something for you and I said ok let’s do it. She sent me her first listings and I selected the townhouse I am living in now I was ready once I saw the property I told her yes let’s put in for it within the rest of that day my bud was approved and within two to three weeks deal done.
