Raquel embodies professionalism, loyalty, and confidence. She stayed so patient through the numerous showings and offers and was always in our corner. She gave extremely wise advice and wasn’t ever afraid to give us her true opinion. She is so personable and truly is an incredible realtor. We were first time homebuyers and had a ridiculous amount of questions which she was prepared to answer at any moment. We bought and sold our home with Raquel and had issues arise in both transactions. I never worried for a second that it wouldn’t get figured out. Raquel is a FORCE to be reckoned with. She fought for us and her level of knowledge and professionalism meant we went under contract on our home in two days at $12k above asking! She is (in her own words) a dog with a bone. I’ve never seen someone fight so hard for her clients. Her marketing, network, negotiation, staging and follow through make her worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Though I haven't met Raquel in person and live out of state, The path to selling my home couldn't have been easier. She is collaborative, knowledgeable and works with a true sense of urgency. It only took six weeks to ready the house and acquire offers. Every one of her recommendations was on target. She works with a highly professional group of contractors, who also apprised me of their progress, including photos. Selling a home can be a huge stressor, but not when Raquel is your realtor! She kept me sane throughout the process. She, proactively, ensured that I stayed on task as we worked towards our goal. Did I mention all of this happened while I was starting a new job? Her assistant, Shannon, is also high level. There is no review I can write that even scratches the surface about all the positives Raquel brings to the table. My best advice is reach out to her and get that agreement signed so you can get to work!

She made every person who had there hand in the process provide excellent and efficient service to me. She answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied, each step of the way.
