•Christina represented us as we worked to purchase an older home. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge of what was involved in various types of repairs (including plaster work in historic homes), had excellent recommendations for lenders who specialized in our particular situation, was ALWAYS prompt in communication, and demonstrated honesty and integrity in all our interactions. She had good knowledge of the agents that were representing various sellers, and was able to make recommendations for our offers based on that knowledge. She excelled in touring homes when we could not be present in person, examining every important aspect (including surrounding neighborhoods), recording the tour, and sending it to us afterwards. We found we could trust her opinion, and in one instance we even put an offer on a house based solely on her recommendation. She will not sell a house simply for the sake of making a sale; Christina takes great care to match buyers and homes with integrity. Further, even after we purchased a home, she has continued to follow up with us to make sure we’re adjusting well and finding everything we need (like lawn care!) I’ve had some decent agents in the past, but Christina has exceeded them all!
