My wife and I were both very pleased with the team at Wolf Real Estate Group. As a five star referral from my brother, we wanted the same level of service in searching for our new home. Our realtor David was always reliable, available, and dependable. While I know that he handles numerous clients with properties of varying costs, our modest condo got million dollar treatment. The listing he wrote was excellent, with a professional photo team utilizing a drone and video of the community for the listing. With the several offers we received, David’s negotiations directly resulted in a sale price over our original listing price! During Escrow, David continued to fight for us, saving us money several times with pointless questionnaires and home repairs with our buyer and the seller of our new home.
