Our realtor David was always reliable, available, and dependable. While I know that he handles numerous clients with properties of varying costs, our modest condo got million dollar treatment. The listing he wrote was excellent, with a professional photo team utilizing a drone and video of the community for the listing. With the several offers we received, David’s negotiations directly resulted in a sale price over our original listing price!
