Working with Jennifer Thomas was a 10 out of 10 experience! We met her at an open house for a property in San Marcos. We had been in and out of open houses all weekend and met several of the areas friendly and knowledgeable realtors. Jennifer Thomas stood out, she was exceptionally easy to talk to, she was working the open house with her business partners Robby & Linda Adams, we felt at ease immediately chatting about the area, the market and what we were looking for. We were relocating from the SF Bay Area and though I’d lived in San Diego for nearly 20 years, I moved north 14 years prior and had never lived in coastal North county. Jennifer understood, and she knew the area we currently lived because she had relocated from from the Bay Area herself. Jennifer is responsive and sharp. She was on every detail. We didn’t find the perfect house the weekend we were in San Diego, we flew back home. Within a week Jennifer was calling to let us know that a house had just come on the market she thought was worth looking at, and soon. She suggested my husband fly down and check it out. He booked a flight for the next day and she was right. He loved the house! Within a couple of days we had an accepted offer! I had not yet seen the house in person, I trusted that if my husband and Jennifer both loved it, I would. In a competitive environment we had to move quickly to get all contingencies removed. The day that worked for me to fly down for the home inspection was the one day that Jennifer had a prior commitment out of town, Robby Adams stepped in and met us at the house and stayed with us for the entire, 3-hour inspection. Robby was knowledgeable, his advice on what was important on the inspection was extremely helpful. Buying a home is stressful, buying one long distance is even more so. Jennifer did the final walk through for us and was there for us every step of the way. I highly recommend her and her team.
Linda and Robby were absolutely wonderful! They were very patient with us looking for just the right home to meet our needs... and they LISTENED! It took awhile due to covid and the market but they never gave up on us! They were very knowledgeable about not only the process but about homes as well (knowing what to look for regarding solar, etc). They were also able to recommend all supporting players to ensure a timely and efficient closing (lender, inspector, painter etc). We never felt like "just a sale". Cannot say enough good things about them... they really are a great team....it always felt that making sure we were happy and satisfied was their number one priority. Their attention to detail and follow up ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Highly recommend them and will use again... if we ever move from our forever home! :-)
Jennifer has been amazing to work with. We don’t know much about the housing process and she laid it out for us patiently, kindly, and honestly. She definitely went above and beyond to get us our dream home. We were from out of town so she was able to make a full packed schedule (and I mean packed) on the weekends for us to see houses. We got our home during the crazy frenzy of 2022 and we definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without her amazing professional and local expertise. During negotiations you know she has your back and will try to get you what you need. She also does her own visual inspections of the house to anticipate what may need to be negotiated. Linda and Robbie could not have been more helpful in my circumstances. My wife was unable to assist much with the preparation for the sale and I was not much help either, as I was suffering with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder but with Linda and Robbies help we got it done. The house was sold on the first day at over asking price, just befor the market flattened out.

Damon was recommended to me by one of my friends. He was truly incredible. Our home buying journey was so chaotic because the market was going through the roof and all-cash buyers weren't letting anyone compete. It was so frustrating and demoralizing. We were searching for homes for 8 full months in two different counties and Damon was with us all the way. He was incredibly communicative, focused, detail oriented, highly professional, personable, and he treated us not only like he was exclusively dedicated to us, but he also treated us like family. He was positive and upbeat and kept saying "we will get you a home - it's my highest priority". And it finally happened. We finally got a home we love, and we wouldn't have been able to get it without Damon. We don't think any other agent would have stuck with us for so long and made it a personal mission to make us happy. And there were many times he told us to stay away from a particular home, when he could have taken the easy commission instead. I never felt like he was on commission in fact. Another thing that makes Damon special is he builds a professional and personal rapport with listing agents in such a way that they know, like, and trust him - and many times expressed that they wanted him and his client to win the deal. Were it not for this attribute, the home we finally got would have definitely gone to someone else. It made all the difference. I feel like I want to do an infomercial on Damon. He's the real deal.
