She is very knowledgeable about the North County and was extremely helpful in giving us information about the different neighborhoods. For example, one property looked very promising; however, she was able to let us know about the traffic conditions around the property at peak times and the difficulties in navigating around the area. Since I am not from the area and am unfamiliar with the state processes, she guided us through the differences and specific quirks of the process of buying a home in southern California. She acted as our coordinator and communicator between the different parties and her communications were clear and timely. I could count on her to answer my questions or requests immediately. When there was something that required additional information, she acknowledged my question and let me know that some additional research/communication would be necessary - she did not leave me wondering if my message was received! Her honest and frank opinions on the properties was much appreciated. Jennifer was very flexible in arranging viewings to accommodate both of our schedules and provided information about each viewing prior to visiting.
