I found this agent after many failed attempts to sell my apartment. I was impressed when o sent her a text message on a Saturday evening, around 10:30 pm, hoping to get a reply first thing Monday morning. To my surprise, she replied within minutes. We agreed to speak the next day and, sure enough, she called. After that, it all ran smoothly and a few days later, we had a listing agreement. Immediately following the listing, she started showing the apartment and hosting open houses, at the same time as she made suggestions as to how to make the apartment more appealing. She offered suggestions and helped us find a handyman to work on some needed improvements. For someone who lives out of state, this was a blessing from above. All improvements were made and even in the middle of improvements, we had an offer, then another and yet one more. Two didn’t work out and we went with the third. Again, it was smooth riding from there and Amy kept us well informed throughout the entire process, even up to closing. She was supportive, communicated well with us and helped with many of the processes needed to bring this sale to completion. I can’t say enough great qualities about this agent. If I had a property to buy or sell in the area, she’d be my go-to person ten times over. I intend to recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, dedicated and truthful agent. There was never a time when she was unavailable or did not respond to us within minutes of us reaching out. If I could give Amy ten stars, I would.

I gave Peter this listing after several months of trying to sell the house myself. I felt comfortable and confident in giving him the listing vs. the many others who had contacted me for the following reasons: 1) Peter works with Simcha so its a "2 for 1" combination, 2) Peter is very polite and calm and he did not try to 'fast-talk' me into listing with him, 3) Peter was knowledgeable of the market prices and helped me settle on a list price, 4) Peter had an action plan for how to market the house and what to do if it was not selling. Peter then worked for few months (even during Covid-19 closures) to find customers, produce video and social media listing, paper adds and other network to find buyers. Ultimately, Peter was able to find a good buyer and help thru the process of confirming the person and getting a deal/closure at a good price. He was very helpful and engaged throughout the whole process. I recommend using him anytime.

When I decided to sell my house, I was recommended Peter as a qualified agent. Peter knew exactly what he was doing. He constantly ran open houses to attract various potential buyers. He also ran ads in newspaper and prints. He showed my house mornings, nights, and weekends. He worked together with the bank agent to get me a signed contract as soon as we had a qualified buyer.
