My wife and I decided to retire, and we wanted to move to an apartment in Flushing, Queens. We were looking for a suitable apartment. We found a listed three bedroom in a tall building at Franklin Ave. I called Jun Hua who answered my phone immediately and arranged an appointment for the same day. She was honest about the conditions of the apartment which belonged to a senior person. She gave us good advice, and we purchased this apartment at a reasonable price. After renovation, we are so happy with this apartment. Jun Hua also helped us find a law firm and gave us suggestions for a Coop board interview. Everything was smooth and going well. She is an honest, capable, experienced agent. She is so good that we asked her to be our listing agent for selling our house now.
