How many young people at 22 years of age buy their first home? Well, meet Austin Lapp! He purchased his first home in 2010 in his hometown of Penn Yan, NY. This experience inspired him to start watching the real estate market in the surrounding area with an interested eye. A year later, Austin was approached by a friend who needed help managing his rental properties. Austin accepted the job and started managing properties. He really caught onto it quickly and acquired his real estate license in 2013 to further his experience and education in the wonderful world of real estate. Austin worked hard at gaining the trust of his clients and grew in every way. During his management tenure he oversaw vacation rentals, residential apartments & houses, and listed & sold millions of dollars of real estate year after year. Born and raised in the Southern Tier, Joe came to the world of real estate after being a full-time photographer for several years. He has a unique perspective of the Finger Lakes area, having traveled all throughout it for his work. As he explored the region, he found more and more that he was captivated by the real estate market in the area. After buying a house of his own, and later an additional piece of land for recreational use, the desire to be in the real estate market grew. Finally, the pull was too strong and Joe happily acquired his real estate license and joined the team at Wine Trail Properties. Eager and motivated, Joe brings both his eye for beauty and his keen mind for numbers to the table. He helps his clients see the value in their property and conveys that value to the region. Kyle caught the real estate bug when he and his wife Sami bought their first home when he was 26 years young. Through that experience he became obsessed with learning all he could about real estate and real estate investing. Less than a year later they purchased a second property; an investment property on Main Street in Penn Yan. It was at that time that Austin saw potential in Kyle and convinced him to get licensed and join the Wine Trail Properties team. Kyle approaches all real estate transactions with energy, enthusiasm and integrity. His goal is to make the home buying and selling experience easy, exciting, and enjoyable. His process is very meticulous with clear lines of communication to keep all parties on the same page so there are no surprises. Brianne was born and raised in Penn Yan and grew up on Keuka Lake. After attending college, she returned to the beautiful Finger Lakes area where she worked with her husband, as owners of a Keuka Lake restaurant for many years. Brianne immediately made her mark in Keuka Lake real estate after joining the Wine Trail Properties team in late 2015. Specializing in waterfront sales on multiple lakes, Brianne is hardworking and energetic. Her clients describe her as hands-on, knowledgable, and trustworthy. They benefit from from Brianne’s local network and her tenacity to maneuver the through the buying and selling process. Named on the Buffalo, Rochester Syracuse Top 100 Realtors in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Brianne has the experience and expertise to help both buyers and seller's succeed in the Finger Lakes Real Estate market. Brianne has preformed in the top #25 for waterfront sales in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 for all of the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse agents. Brianne has a business degree in management from Saint Leo University. She volunteers her time with the Yates County Youth Soccer Board. She loves to spend time on Keuka Lake with her family. Jere Horning has lived in the Finger Lakes region for 40 years and wants to help others that are looking to buy or sell their home. In 1999 Jere started an excavating business. This gave him tremendous experience with drainage, septic systems, site work, and all other aspects of construction. He successfully ran that business until he sold it in 2011 when another business opportunity arose. In 2012 Jere and his wife Danette bought the family business; Horning's Greenhouse & Garden Center just north of Penn Yan. After joining the Benton Volunteer Fire Department in 1993 Jere has held many officer positions and has been an active member ever since. He serves on the board of directors for the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Yates County, Christian Aid Ministries rapid response team & Mennonite Gospel Missions. Jere has been involved in auctions and started auctioneering part-time for other auction companies in 2008. After getting requests to hold auctions for other people Horning Auction Company was formed in 2015 with his brother Ivan as a partner. They hold auctions for estates, business liquidations, and personal property. After graduating from Missouri Auction School Jere was inspired to acquire his real estate license, and now is here to help you sell your property by auction or with traditional listing.

Meet Jesse, associate broker at Wine Trail Properties! Born and raised near Keuka Lake, he proudly calls the area home, and claims a diverse range of experiences. He has been actively working with clients on a broad spectrum of properties since 2015, including commercial, waterfront, and (his favorite) land parcels. Before joining Wine Trail Properties, Jesse began his career in the construction industry, working several years for a local builder. He then moved on to landscape construction, spending much of his time along the Finger Lakes building sea walls, steps, and patios. Jesse has a knack for seeing and creating organizations/businesses within the community, causing him to start his own business (a sporting goods store), along with creating and running other area businesses and organizations, including several sports leagues. Joining Wine Trail Properties was a natural extension of Jesse's involvement and knowledge of the area and construction experience. He knows the current area market very well, and offers a simple, clear approach to buying or selling real estate. Promising consistent communication and experienced negotiating. Outside of real estate, you can probably find Jesse doing something active (running, camping, hunting, or sports), or working with the youth at his local church, WellSpring Fellowship.
