Kyle caught the real estate bug when he and his wife Sami bought their first home when he was 26 years young. Through that experience he became obsessed with learning all he could about real estate and real estate investing. Less than a year later they purchased a second property; an investment property on Main Street in Penn Yan. It was at that time that Austin saw potential in Kyle and convinced him to get licensed and join the Wine Trail Properties team.
Kyle approaches all real estate transactions with energy, enthusiasm and integrity. His goal is to make the home buying and selling experience easy, exciting, and enjoyable. His process is very meticulous with clear lines of communication to keep all parties on the same page so there are no surprises. Kyle loves to learn and grow with every interaction and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients. Kyle was born and raised in the Finger Lakes and is always looking for new ways to experience all the amazing things this beautiful area has to offer. He enjoys boating, kayaking, hiking, skiing, golfing and hunting. You can frequently find Kyle with his wife and dogs driving around the lakes finding all the best scenery, waterfalls and breweries.
