Karen gave me many valued tips on what needed to be done to prepare my home for sale. She helped find contractors and even got her son to help me with odd jobs. Karen was extremely helpful in dealing with my frustration of the original buyers many demands and then backing out of the deal the day before closing. In the end the house was sold to a couple that will be a good fit in the neighborhood and the selling process went smoothly.

I could tell right away that Steve Grotting is an excellent Realtor because of his experience. He knew how to present my home to potential buyers in the most professional manner. This ranged from his helpful suggestions for showing my home in the best light from the eye of potential buyers. The listing itself was written in very articulate and concise language that reflected well on the value of the home. He included professionally shot photographs showing the home and neighborhood in a very warm and appealing way that definitely brought in traffic for the showings. I have had Steve help me with the sale and purchase of 3 new homes. Moving is stressful to begin with but Steve led me through the process, removed a lot of fear and uncertainty with a sense of calm for both the buyers and sellers. He handled the communications with all parties (agent for buyers of our home, selling agent of my new home, mortgage company and closing team). Hopefully settled for a bit, but if moving happens again I will be using Steve!
