I have had Steve help me with the sale and purchase of 3 new homes. Moving is stressful to begin with but Steve led me through the process, removed a lot of fear and uncertainty with a sense of calm for both the buyers and sellers. He handled the communications with all parties (agent for buyers of our home, selling agent of my new home, mortgage company and closing team). Hopefully settled for a bit, but if moving happens again I will be using Steve!
