She assisted with the pricing of the properties informing us of comparable sales in the area to help us in our determining a selling price. She also when above and beyond to assist the new owner of our first sale obtain some equipment that was in the offer but at the place of the second sale, that needed to be removed prior to the second closing, when we were not able to get up there to transfer ownership.
