My wife and I recently had Tom as our realtor for both selling our existing home and buying a new one, and let me just say, Tom is AMAZING! He made the entire process feel easy and really went out of his way to go the extra mile for us. Not only did he handle the plethora of questions, issues, forms, and discussions that had to happen between us and the other party, various real estate agents, the title company, etc... but we also knew we'd need to hire a contractor and so he spearheaded all the organizing and meetings for that too! We are so grateful for Tom and all the hard work he did for us. From the little things like bringing us our favorite Starbucks drinks, to more substantial stuff like providing us with a free home inspection, radon testing, and paying for a staging consultation from an interior designer, everything he did made the process feel smooth. And in the end we found a new house we love, and sold our existing house in under 48 hours with multiple offers for way above what we'd hoped for. Highly highly recommend him. You'll find him not only friendly and knowledgeable as you'd expect out of a realtor, but as someone that will really go the extra mile to make your experience great.

Tom is very knowledgeable about the housing...

Tom is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the quality of homes. He helped us prepare our home for the market such as complimentary staging suggestions, home inspection, and radon testing and we had multiple offers in a day, all over asking, and with a quick close. He kept us informed every step of the way. He patiently walked us through all of our options for buying a multigenerational home until we found the house that would work for us in an affordable price range. Not only does Tom have real estate knowledge, but he also has years of experience in the construction and roofing industry and brings that knowledge to home selling and buying. Tom is a man of integrity and you can trust that he will always have your best interests in selling and buying a new home.
