We LOVE Linda!!! My wife and I asked Linda's help both buying our home in 2017 and selling it again

We LOVE Linda!!! My wife and I asked Linda's help both buying our home in 2017 and selling it again in 2025. We've met dozens of realtors, and I even became one shortly during the pandemic, and without question deferred to her for the sale of our house. Linda is a wizard at navigating tricky negotiations, she comes with a quiver of contractors who are at the ready to help resolve any repairs, and she helped us get an offer over asking price in a down market. We gave Linda the reigns on this most recent sale, trusting her guidance on pre-sale repairs (what to do and what not to do) staging, and finally price. We had an offer 5 days after listing which is exactly what we wanted. She is responsive, attentive, always in tune with our needs and ultimately was an advocate for everything we needed and wanted.
