We LOVE Linda!!! My wife and I asked Linda's help both buying our home in 2017 and selling it again in 2025. We've met dozens of realtors, and I even became one shortly during the pandemic, and without question deferred to her for the sale of our house. Linda is a wizard at navigating tricky negotiations, she comes with a quiver of contractors who are at the ready to help resolve any repairs, and she helped us get an offer over asking price in a down market. We gave Linda the reigns on this most recent sale, trusting her guidance on pre-sale repairs (what to do and what not to do) staging, and finally price. We had an offer 5 days after listing which is exactly what we wanted. She is responsive, attentive, always in tune with our needs and ultimately was an advocate for everything we needed and wanted. We'd have Linda help buy a house in California if she would just get licensed down here! Thanks again for all your expertise and help. In Linda Skeele we trust! - C&L ;D
