Sarah helped us with a government relocation move to the Salt Lake City area in Fall 2018. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She helped us negotiate three offers, the third of which turned into a valiant attempt by she and the listing agent to clear the title so we could go through with the sale without the bank foreclosing. The bank did foreclose, however, and Sarah continued to work with the bank to get us a good price and close on the home in a timely manner--foregoing much of a chance of a good commission for herself. She is truly an agent looking out for her client interest. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was amazing to work with. We had a very short amount of time and were very particular. I was looking at homes remotely and any home I wanted to see she did a Skype walk-through with me. Then we flew into town and she gave us her undivided attention, talking us to 15+ homes a day, any home we wanted to see and re-see. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I can't begin to say enough about Sarah, what an amazing person! I was in a situation where I needed to find a home in a hurry and probably during the worst time of year-winter. My work schedule made it difficult to look at homes during the week so the vast majority of our weekends were spent searching long and hard. My calls and texts were always responded to promptly, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the various markets I was looking at, of the buying process, and even gave me valuable input on potential problems I may have down the road. Sarah definitely went out of her way to help me. For example, when I found a particular property, she decided to go the extra mile and not only call the listing agent to get information, but she went to look at it for me - wow! She was there every step of the way from finding the right home, the right lender, to the inspectors and making sure all the repairs were done after inspection. I could not have done this on my own without her help, she is not just a realtor, but a friend with your best interest at heart. Her saying to me, "I want you to love it" stays in the back of my mind. Thank you Sarah, you are beyond a five star real estate agent!

Mark went well above what was expected as a sale agent. The sale was difficult due to my buyers credit history and delayed my closing. I moved out of state and Mark kept a close eye on my vacant house and even weed whacked and cut my grass!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mark as he was also the agent that helped me buy the house I just sold originally three years ago!!
