My wife and I would recommend Sarah Thomas without hesitation to any prospective home buyer or seller in the Salt Lake area. She is quite easy to work with, highly professional, and clearly experienced. Given her in-depth knowledge of the Salt Lake real estate market, she gave us very useful advise for marketing our condo. She also provided us with invaluable assistance in arranging for some necessary home repairs. In large part because of her efforts, our condo generated a tremendous amount of interest and a contract was secured within only two days after coming on the market … and at a price that significantly exceeded our expectations!

Sarah helped us with a government relocation move to the Salt Lake City area in Fall 2018. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She helped us negotiate three offers, the third of which turned into a valiant attempt by she and the listing agent to clear the title so we could go through with the sale without the bank foreclosing. The bank did foreclose, however, and Sarah continued to work with the bank to get us a good price and close on the home in a timely manner--foregoing much of a chance of a good commission for herself. She is truly an agent looking out for her client interest. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to say enough about Sarah, what an amazing person! I was in a situation where I needed to find a home in a hurry and probably during the worst time of year-winter. My work schedule made it difficult to look at homes during the week so the vast majority of our weekends were spent searching long and hard. My calls and texts were always responded to promptly, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the various markets I was looking at, of the buying process, and even gave me valuable input on potential problems I may have down the road. Sarah definitely went out of her way to help me. For example, when I found a particular property, she decided to go the extra mile and not only call the listing agent to get information, but she went to look at it for me - wow! She was there every step of the way from finding the right home, the right lender, to the inspectors and making sure all the repairs were done after inspection. I could not have done this on my own without her help, she is not just a realtor, but a friend with your best interest at heart.
