•I interviewed multiple realtors before picking Amanda. Because this is my second time buying a house, I know what is important to look for from a realtor. I am a mother of two young boys, one of whom has autism; therefore, a realtor with knowledge and involvement in the community and school district was a must. Amanda had answers for all our crazy questions, from Can we build a shop here, to where will the sun hit the house during the hottest point of the day? She was always honest and never tried to sell us anything other than the needle-in-a-haystack house that we wanted. People don’t realize the importance of having a realtor who analyzes your family, understands your vision, and has the courage to point out houses that wouldn’t be a good fit. Amanda met with my family and understood my son’s needs and my husband’s wants while answering every concern we had with moving to Redding.
