Janet was amazing at helping us - even when I was ready to give up - she supported us and helped us navigate the craziness as first-time home buyers. It took awhile, over a year as the first time we ended up not being approved for a loan. But Janet stayed with us and was patient while we go our finances worked out. She helped us when the first appraisal didn't work out and worked hard to get our deal done. Because of her we were able buy our dream house that checked all the boxes! How often does that happen? Not very. She is wonderful to work with.

Janet worked with us in finding just the right home for us. I am sure we looked at over 40 houses, we were being very picky about what we wanted. Janet never gave up and was always sending us information on houses that fit our wish list. There were a number of houses that we looked at that already offers had been excepted, but we looked at them just in case the offer fell through. Janet did a amazing job selling my home, she gave great recommendations on what we could do to to get the home sold. She always kept me up to date with potential buyers and when the house sold with paperwork.
