First off I want to note that we may have bought the least expensive habitatal residence in Packwood. That being said Janet treated us like we were buying the most expensive. She was a great communicator and was always on point through the process. I would also add that Janet had a ton of knowledge of the local real estate market, through this knowledge we were able to negotiate with the seller to get us a better price and still come away with a number of repairs being completed prior to closing. It was also invaluable to have someone with local knowledge to ensure that we found capable inspectors and tradespeople in the area.
